Refund policy

Returns policy:

 

IMPORTANT: It is the customers responsibility to insurepackage condition and where possible contents condition upon signing for goods, if goods are delivered in a damaged box please insure to right this clearly when signing for the package.

Please take photos of damaged box before opening, when goods are opened if contents are damaged please take photos also, this will need to be emailed along with invoice and order number including your name and details to info@.........comwithin 36 hrs of goods being delivered.

Product test: It is advisory to test all products before mounting to ensure any of the items are not damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If any item is damaged or defective we will replace or refund whatever the customer decides. Damaged or defective items may also need to be returned although this will be on a case to case basis if sufficent photos and information has been provided items may not need to be returned.

 

Returns eligibility:

Returns are accepted on all items, goods must be received back within 30 days of date of delivery to customer, pre authorisation number is required for return delivery, Returns are accepted providing,

all items are in original packaging undamaged

items unused and uninstalled

please note any sale items or items purchased with additional discount are not eligble for returns.

We aim to respond within 1-2 working days with a returns number and full postage address for you to send the item back, It is The buyer responsibility to pay for return shipping including and insurance etc require to send the item back, once returned and in correct condition a refund will automatically be issued.
